A McDonald's franchise owner in Piscataway, New Jersey took advantage of the technical expertise and financial incentives available through New Jersey's Clean Energy Program by improving the energy efficiency of the lighting and HVAC in the restaurant. Through the Direct Install program, Tri-Star Light and Energy helped the franchise owner cut project costs from over $85 thousand to under $26 thousand and aim for an estimated annual savings of over $9 thousand.
