ROI-NJ covers a partnership between DCO Energy and Jersey City Public Schools on the state's largest Energy Saving Improvement Program project. New LED lighting, upgraded building automation systems, solar energy, HVAC renovations, and other upgrades will help the school system cut carbon and save $88 million over the next 20 years. The project received federal grant funding.
