Energy Conservation Program Saves $1.2M In Ocean County

Jersey Shore Online covers the successful implementation of an Energy Savings Improvement Program (ESIP) at the Ocean County Justice Complex. The County performed a facilities-wide energy audit and implemented cost-effective building upgrades, including the installation of a Combined Heat & Power (CHP) Fuel Cell system supported by NJBPU incentives. The County has saved $650,000 annually since launching the energy savings program.
