By leveraging Pennsylvania's Small Guaranteed Energy Savings Agreement, Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology was able to fund a campus-wide energy efficiency project. Campus lighting, HVAC, and water upgrades, modernized controls and meters, and other energy conservation measures were addressed. Overall the Thaddeus Stevens project cost about $2.7M and saved close to $220 thousand annually.
