CMC Energy Services collaborated with the Riverview Apartments' property owners to provide over $15 thousand in energy services via both Act 129 and WRAP. At no cost to the landlord or individual renters, 41 units were able to benefit from the programs. Each unit saved an average of 1,041 kWh annually, and the yearly monetary savings for the property was about $2,700.
