Practical Energy Solutions created a model-supported cost-benefit analysis that helped the Quakertown High School construction team cut costs while also leaving room to implement energy efficiency upgrades. Quakertown High School was able to install a high-performance building envelope, new mechanical systems, and LED lighting. The project yielded annual utility savings of $20,000.
