In April 2022, EE manufacturer DMI Companies hosted Manufacturing (MFG) Day simultaneously at two of its plants for Pennsylvania and Oklahoma students, teachers, and industry partners. Since 2016, DMI Companies has been hosting MFG Day events in which students learn about advanced manufacturing and career opportunities. Many participating students returned to DMI to participate in DMI Workforce Development programs and were hired by DMI as full-time employees.
