Marian Manor, an existing independent living community in Caldwell, NJ, was a four-story story apartment building retrofit project funded by the PSE&G Residential Multifamily Housing Program. The program follows the project from audit through to commissioning to ensure energy savings are realized. Marian Manor management worked closely with PSE&G and MaGrann to identify energy-saving opportunities and to improve the building from a comfort and safety perspective.
