Sustainable Energy Fund (SEF) partnered with Reynold's Solutions in order to provide Pleasant Valley Manor nursing home direction with crucial energy efficiency upgrades. The companies evaluated the facility's energy use and created a comprehensive list of recommended energy efficiency upgrades. Most importantly, Pleasant Valley was able to enter into a Nonprofit Energy Savings Agreement with SEF in order to make repayments with resulting energy savings from the projects.
