Bright Power helped improve the energy efficiency of Pinewood Hall, in Roselle, New Jersey, by guiding the owners through New Jersey's Weatherization Assistance Program. The energy audit and project costs for this multifamily, affordable housing were minimized. The project installation included upgrades to HVAC, lighting, and water systems and resulted in drastic utility savings.
