The Northgate project, funded by PSE&G Residential Multifamily Housing Program, is an existing, affordable, mixed-use development in Camden, NJ. Northgate management worked closely with PSE&G and MaGrann Associates to identify opportunities to improve the 21 story building from an energy, comfort, and safety perspective. MaGrann Associates came up with energy-saving measures to provide maximum savings.
