With funding from the US DOE State Energy Program, HealthSouth Rehab Hospital of New Jersey was able to proceed with a Direct Install project done by Tri-State Lighting and Energy which included new lighting, lighting controls, new HVAC equipment, and HVAC controls. The estimated annual savings for the project was just under $20 thousand.
