Tri-State Light and Energy delighted the senior living community at The Fountains at Cedar Parke with their assessment and implementation of energy efficiency measures. The Fountain received all new upgraded lighting fixtures and sensors, saving close to $61 thousand annually with just over a four-year payback period.
