Counterpointe Sustainable Real Estate provided $25.5 million capital to the renowned Class A office in Center City, Philadelphia in order to finance energy efficiency improvements using C-PACE for financing. C-PACE capital was used for energy efficiency improvements such as LED lighting, upgraded insulation, HVAC, and the fitness center.
