MaGrann Associates was the ENERGY STAR Rater/Consultant for the new construction affordable apartment community called Broadway Genesis Apartments in Newark, NJ. The community was developed by HELP USA and offers reduced-cost housing for veterans, homeless veterans, and single adults who are 55 and older.
The building is projected to have 22% lower annual energy costs than a building built to meet ASHRAE Standard 90.1-2007
