Sustainable Energy Fund worked with Bridge Five Condominium Association on a retrofit lighting project where they converted the fixtures to ELEDS. The project was $53 thousand to finance and saved the association close to $9 thousand in energy savings annually with an additional $5+ thousand in maintenance savings. These energy efficiency measures will reduce Bridge Five Condominium Association's carbon footprint by 8.8 metric tons per year.
