One of Philadelphia's first LGBT-friendly senior communities, John C. Anderson Apartments is a new construction affordable apartment community for seniors. MaGrann Associates was the ENERGY STAR Rater/Consultant for the project, and the apartments were developed by Pennrose Properties, LLC.
